Favourite Animangavg: Oh man I hate this question why do I keep including it LMAO. Haikyuu!!, Yuri!!! on Ice, One Piece, Ace Attorney, Mystic Messenger are probably my most recent (resurgent) obssessions. Actually, I did a fandom bingo sheet on twitter recently there's probably more stuff here
Favourite Films/TV Shows: Anything Ghibli, Disney films, HTTYD, Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries (!!!!!!!), I also finished watching Prime Suspect (US) recently.
Favourite Band/Music: Vienna Teng, Matt Nathanson, Karmin, Skylar Grey, all sorts of musical soundtracks
Favourite Food: I have a giant love affair with food. Anything that tastes nice, I will probably cram into my mouth. Especially if they are made out of potato.

What does your screen name mean? Okay well, kay comes from the first letter of my name (Karmen - which basically everyone else spells with a C) and kayable/oikaywas are just names I've come up with playing with "kay" lmao
Tell us your fandom origin story: I was 12 when I first stumbled into fandom (a whole 10 years ago now lmao), it was on a Neji/Tenten (from Naruto) fansite (FANSITE YES) that had this little section on fanfiction and I clicked on it going ?? what's that?? and the rest is history lmao.
What is the weirdest thing you have ever eaten? I've had raw horse meat in Japan before.
Would you rather always be cold or always be hot? Always hot. Although I may reconsider this stance in a couple of weeks when Australia boils.
If you could have any kind of pet, what would you have? I HAVE A DOG SO i'm good mostly. I've love to have a phoenix tho. Ain't they cool?
Talk to me about a recent (or not-so-recent) obsession: so, uh, along with basically everyone else ever, I watched Yuri!!! on Ice and it took over my life (Yuuri is the best I love him).

Favourite Animangavg: well i'm currently in YOI and Fr! hell, and to a certain extent MP100 and HeroAca, but classics are Tenipuri, Slam Dunk, Natsume Yuujinchou, FF7-8-9, idk i really like a LOT of things pmsl choosing favourites is difficult let me leave it at those for now.
(also including Harry Potter and the Chrestomanci books!)
Favourite Films/TV Shows: Harry Potter series, most Ghibli but especially Princess Mononoke & Spirited Away, The Great British Bake Off, all kinds of horror movies good & bad! if pressed to choose a horror movie i'd say A Tale of Two Sisters for a good one, and the Insidious series for a laugh (they are funny to me ok!!)
Favourite Band/Music: i work best in silence so i don't listen to a lot of music, but my car playlist includes various Vocaloid, Vienna Teng, kpop (largely SM artistes), random anison, and recently the YOI skate songs + OST.

Tell us your fandom origin story: i watched Fushigi Yuugi on TV when i was, i think 8 years old, and i went to go look for the manga but stumbled across fanfiction instead. before that i just wrote self-insert HP fanfiction which i didn't know was called fanfiction so i called it 'parodies' lol. but the first time i actually like, wrote a comment on an LJ community was for Tenipuri, so that's a very special fandom to me.
What is the weirdest thing you have ever eaten? idk take your pick?? raw horse/chicken/whale, spiders and a host of other bugs, balut, snake, some people think snail is weird. it's just a matter of perspective.
Would you rather always be cold or always be hot? cold 100% cold i loathe heat. which is sad because i live on the equator there is only summer here.

What does your screen name mean? Absolutely nothing. It was an OC name I made ages ago and then decided to use when I first got an LJ, and it's stuck ever since then.
Which fictional world would you want to be in, and why? Somewhere with dragons… because dragons.
Tell us your fandom origin story: I was writing fic before I realised that's what I was doing? I used to make Banjo Kazooie OCs when I was a kid and write creation myths based on the Triforce Goddesses from Zelda, but it wasn't until I was 13 when a high school friend told me what fanfiction was and linked me to ff.net that I started participating in online fandom.

Tell us a story! A girl in my hall of residence two years ago tossed her iPhone into her room, aiming for her bed, and it went too far and flew out her window. Her window four floors up. Onto concrete. She dashed downstairs, expecting a shattered screen, sparks flying, hideously smashed insides, everything you might expect from the phone brand that cracks when you so much sneeze on it... And it didn’t even get scratched. The phone was fine, apart from a chip in the case. Miracles really do happen.

What does your screen name mean? A take on the word "musicality": "muse" from when I was fifteen and reverently believed that ~the muse~ dictated how you wrote and how your inspiration came; "tea" because I like tea.
Which fictional world would you want to be in, and why?
Tell us your fandom origin story: November 2009. I knew my family had the filmed version of Cats and I decided to watch it because I was intensely curious to know what it was all about. I ended up watching it about ten times in half as many days and was so enamoured with it all (and particularly the aftermath of the Munkustrap-Macavity fight) that I started googling, and a few days into my search, clicked on a link to a very creepy abduction fic. The second fic I clicked on was a bit more my style, and I realised that 1) both fics were on the same website 2) there were even more fics out there 3) those stories and extra bits I wanted to happen so hard actually had a name, and I was so happy I nearly teared up.
What is the weirdest thing you have ever eaten? Probably donkey meat (which in and of itself is not so weird but to quote a girl I was with at the time: "We ate Eeyore!")
Would you rather always be cold or always be hot? Cold. I’m down south for eight months of the year. I can handle the cold.

Tell us a story! when i was 16 i worked a 12hr shift in a hospital ER for my EMT training. there was a drunk guy who was covered in blood from a huge cut on the back of his head, and he was unconscious when they brought him in so they put him in one of the beds and the ER tech i was partnered with took over. it was pretty cool until the tech had to leave the room to get something, and i was left alone with the patient. like TWO SECONDS after the tech left, the patient fucking woke up and started talking to me like "oh hey... i'm [name]... what's your name" and he tried to shake my hand but his hand was covered in blood so of course i wasn't gonna touch that. luckily the tech came back pretty quickly and then the other student from my class (we were sent on shifts in sets of 2) asked for my help with something so i skedaddled. when i came back, the drunk guy was crying for some reason and the tech was talking about the time he spent in the army, idk what happened there. it was great though, i loved working in the ER and i'm pursuing nursing as a career
