Continuing from way earlier, I watched Erased/Boku Dakeskghkaeg whatever. It's... interesting? I don't like how the characters act/react at all in the 1st episode but the pacing is really good and I'm kind of torn on watching it cause I don't think it'll really be worth the time in the long run? But I'm also curious now lmao... Oops. I don't really have the time/energy to watch a bunch of shows and apparently the manga hasn't ended yet either (usually a bad sign for anime), so I'm debating if I'm curious enough to try to remember to watch it.
I took B&W for fun and enjoyed it. I really wouldn't want to do color printing though? That just sounds like a recipe for disaster for me. OMG, do you have the baby frog photos handy? I wanna see! And yeah, half the time my lighting is totally garbage cause I don't have materials to set anything up properly, or I'm just lazy. I just love the crazy stuff that goes into editorials. It's like "let's just do a homoerotic photoshoot and make it crazy and also maybe put some designer clothes in" half the time, and I love that. NGL I get really excited whenever I poke through a magazine and see that it's got like, a Mert & Marcus shoot or something in it.
RIGHT. I've been lucky to get some decent lenses in the $150-250 mark, and I got given a micro-nikkor (and had my grandfather's ooooooold micro-nikkor previously) so I'm relatively set for what I like to do. I feel like I should branch out into telephoto lenses but they're sooooo expensive and probably not the area of focus I want to be in. I also like to do concert photography if I can get a photo pass, but you need real fast lenses for that so that's generally what I prioritize? I don't think I could ever afford a longer lens that would be fast enough to use under most concert conditions.
I'm actually partial to Nikon myself! I've always preferred the interface and feel of the bodies. And my grandfather had Nikon so that also runs in the family, lol!
As mentioned above it's a Nikon. I've sat down with the manual a bit but then I went out of town and haven't gotten back to reading it.
Added you!
